It is a department of individuals serving individuals, from new child infants to persons requiring health companies to our most aged residents. These challenges impact the power of states to establish and maintain early intervention packages utilizing Community Mental Health Services Block Grant funding. This Priority Goal reflects HHS’ efforts to enhance the quality of early childhood schooling for low-income kids. All three key measures present unique and necessary elements of boosting the standard of early childhood applications and services.
